David is the President and Owner of David Schultz Airshows. A pioneer in Airshow Standardization, David is recognized by the FAA for his innovation in Standards that continue to increase Airshow Safety. He is an Honorary US Army Golden Knight, and very well respected by International Militaries and civilian performers for his attention to detail.

Greg is the Vice President of Operations for David Schultz Airshows and has been with the company for over 25 years. Well known and respected for his work with the Warbird Communities, Greg has been at the helm of over 400 airshows all over the United States and the Caribbean.

Bruce is a David Schultz Airshows’ Professional Airboss located in our Ada, Oklahoma office. Bruce is a US Military Veteran and holds one of the highest Airboss Accreditation in the Airshow business today.

Anthony is a David Schultz Airshows’ Professional Airboss. A US Navy Veteran and pilot, Anthony is one of the most well versed Professionals on FAA Regulations and Guidance regarding airshow operations.

Howard “Howdy” McCann Jr.

Professional Announcer

Howard “Howdy” McCann Jr. sadly passed away on March 9, 2023 at his home. He was with our company for nearly 30 years. He was a very knowledgeable,  fun-loving, and entertaining Event Announcer with work that took him all over the United States and Caribbean with Schultz Airshows and was one of the best EVER in the Airshow Industry. Howdy had worked with all of the major jet teams, parachute teams, and single ship tactical demonstration teams including the Esquadrilha da Fumaça.

Mike McFarland

Mike is another Schultz Airshow’s Professional Announcer and is highly knowledgeable on warbirds and vintage aircraft histories. He is a very entertaining emcee for any aerial event. Mike has over 30 years of airshow experience; the past 17 years with Schultz Airshows.

Erin Hupp

Erin Hupp has been an active airshow announcer for over ten years in the Midwest.

She has worked numerous military airshows, civilian airport events and even lake-based shows including airplane vs. speedboat races.  

Over the last decade, Erin has worked alongside the major jet teams, single-ship tactical demonstrations, parachute teams and some of the greatest civilian aerobatic and warbird acts in the industry. In Spring of 2023, Erin joined the Announcer Group of David Schultz Airshows. She made her Schultz Airshows debut during the 2023 Power in the Pines Airshow at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, New Jersey in May 2023.

Eddie Leuter

“Fast” Eddie Leuter is a Schultz Airshow’s Professional Announcer and is highly knowledgeable on aerobatic routines, warbirds and vintage aircraft histories. He is a very personable and family friendly announcer for your Airshow Event. Eddie has been announcing airshows for nearly 3 decades!

In 1985, Fast Eddie joined up with the Alpha Squadron Radio Control Model Airport Demonstrations Team as a videographer. From there, he went to model glider pilot and eventually wound up as Narrator and Manager for the team.

In 1994, Eddie took the plunge and decided to become a Professional Airshow Announcer. With the help of any friends, this dream became a reality. Eddie has been all over the country announcing full scale and model airplane shows since then. In 2023, Fast Eddie joined David Schultz Airshows as one of their numerous announcers, debuting with the Company at the 2023 Wings over Cannon Airshow at Cannon AFB in Clovis, New Mexico.

Yvonne Brown

Yvonne is the Director of Media & Marketing for David Schultz Airshows. Her responsibilities include the management of the company’s website and social media presence. Yvonne sets up performer and Staff interviews, and handles media operations on behalf of Schultz Airshows.

Yvonne works in advance of the airshow dates to make certain each venue includes performer information on their website and social media. She coordinates the communication for each event with up-to-the-date information on static display aircraft, exhibitors, and performers. Yvonne has certifications in Digital Marketing and Attracting Event Sponsorships.

Yvonne is in charge of the creation of the Schultz Airshow’s Facebook Event pages for each one of our supported events. With a vast array of information, the Event pages include performer bios and photos, event schedule, parking and traffic information, sponsor information and much more. She works with our staff Professional Photographers and Videographers for unique content for the event page. She also is in charge of the Company’s Instagram and Youtube Channel.

Craig Perleberg Jr

Demo Team Project Officer

Craig is our Lead Jet Team Project Officer who manages all aspects of the Support Manuals for the major jet teams, parachute teams, and single ship tactical demonstrations. A USAF Veteran, Craig brings years of knowledge to our company and is the liaison for the teams during their stay at out events. He is the first on site and last to leave when a demonstration team is at the Airshow.

Craig has worked with the USN Blue Angels, USAF Thunderbird, Canadian Snowbirds, and RAF Red Arrows. He is well known by each demonstration team and is well respected. He has worked with numerous bases around North America to acquire the necessary ground support equipment needed to fully support the demonstration teams.

Craig also handles the necessary Support Manual paperwork requirements for the single ship tactical demonstration teams, parachute teams, and the major military Jet Demonstration Teams. He reviews all documentation prior to submittal to the demo teams for accuracy thus keeping the teams updated to all matters related to the Air show.
